SHIPPING INFO:

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95. Anything spent over $75 is FREE shipping on us. Happy Shopping!

Sittin' Pretty Co is not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier(s) if you think your package has been delayed, lost, or stolen. It is out of our hands once it reaches the carrier and sadly we have no control over it. 

Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll get an email with shipping/tracking information.

LOCAL PICK-UP:

We have one local pickup location, Granite Falls. If you are wanting/needing to pickup in Hickory, please leave that in the note section at checkout.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll be contacted via email or phone. Please do not pickup later than 7pm. We bring our bins in every night for the safety of our products. If you have any questions, please contact us. Please also be mindful of our local pickup time frame - a customer has ONE month from the date of fulfillment to pickup their order from the local pickup tote. If the date of purchase/fulfillment has been more than one month and we’ve attempted to reach out to the customer via email about picking up, the items WILL be donated or restocked/resold. Our tote becomes full fast and this leaves us no choice. 

Please make sure you're picking up the right package, we do have cameras.

RETURN POLICY: 

Please read carefully 

Merchandise may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be within 7 business days from the date of delivery.  All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returned items must remain unwashed, unworn, unused condition with the original tags still attached. They must have no visible wear/smell/dog hair (this includes deodorant and makeup marks) or your return will not be processed.  

The following items are deemed FINAL SALE and are non-refundable: jewelry/accessories, seasonal items, bodysuits, bralettes, and sale/clearance.

If you are local, customers can return items through the pickup bin. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways if not local.
